Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

• If you cancel before your order ships, your entire amount will be refunded.
• If you cancel after shipping but before delivery, we will deduct shipping expenses and refund the rest.
• Maximum refund processing time is 15 days. Refunds are made via the same method used for payment.

Returns

On a return, we check that we received the same book we shipped, in the same condition. If we find any major variation, we will not accept the return.

A 10% transaction charge is deducted from returns, and the remaining amount is refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
